Since i now have a new job (as a computer teacher) i needed to have my calender shared between my workplace and home. I am using sunbird so i needed to setup a webDAV server to get it to work. I installed mod_dav on my webserver at home, enabled the ssl for apache and then it worked, right out of the box. This is a nice free, open source solution to sharing your calender, even if you need to manually refresh it in sunbird for the moment.
