Due to failing hardware i rebuilt my server during the weekend, the new one uses the following hardware:

• Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2H s775 mATX
• Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4500 @ 2.20GHz
• 1024MB DDR2 PC6400 240-pin, 800Mhz

All in all it was a nice speed boost, and now i am running the latest linux kernel as well
