atlast the stuff for my new box arrived. i took it down a notch from my last post and settled for a P4 3GHz, 1Gb RAM, ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128Mb and a 160GB Seagate SATA drive. It started of on the wrong foot with the box shutting down since the processor overheated (it was over 90c), so i removed it, scraped away the crap thermal material that it came boxed with and added some grease. Now it runs at a stable 56c (since its a SFF box that was expected, i even thought it would be a bit higher). So, today will be a day of installation and configuration of the new box, until i go off for the weekend.
