This morning i wrote a new plugin for core, called menubar. It clones the menu structure of the current application and displayes it, alowing you to build interfaces similar to that of MacOS. A screenshot of it running can be found here (atleast until i refresh my screenshot). It currently doesn't skin the bar, it only uses the color from the menubar setting, so it your toolbar needs a skin it will look a bit strange. I am working on a solution for this. I might also add the option to remove the menu from the running program, to enfore the user to user the menubar instead, but i am afraid that might add some stability issues.
