So, i finally went ahead and bought me a netbook, i settled for the MSI Wind, sadly the version with Linux seemed to be delayed forever so i got the Windows one, i will be installing Debian in the upcoming weeks though. I have had it for about a week and i think its great. Its small, yet feels like a real laptop. The keyboard is large enough to be useful (not for a whole days worth of programming, then on the other hand, few laptop keyboards are), writing email and surfing the web works great. It even manages to run 720p movies, thought it has to scale them down to fit the screen. All in all as a travel companion its great.
